3. EMI and Payment Plans

EMI and gold savings plans are subject to specific terms:

  • All EMI plans and savings schemes are subject to pre-agreed terms and conditions
  • Payment schedules and amounts are fixed at the time of agreement and must be adhered to
  • EMI and savings payments are collected towards the purchase of jewellery
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or cancellation of the plan as per agreed terms
  • All terms including tenure, installment amounts, and payment dates are discussed and agreed upon before enrollment

4. Payment Collection

All payments are collected through authorized digital payment gateways:

  • Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual agreements
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring payment is made on time as per the agreed schedule
  • Payment receipts and documentation will be provided for all transactions
  • Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction

5. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments made towards EMI and savings plans are non-refundable
  • In case of plan discontinuation by the customer, refund terms will be as per the specific agreement

  • Payment gateway failures or technical issues during transaction processing
  • Bank-related issues including but not limited to transaction delays, failed debits, or unauthorized charges by banks
  • Internet connectivity issues that may affect online payment processing
  • Market fluctuations affecting gold and silver prices
  • Any losses incurred due to customer's failure to adhere to payment schedules

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reading and understanding all terms before making any payment or purchase
  • Verifying product details including weight, purity, and pricing before purchase
  • Maintaining payment schedules as per agreed terms
  • Keeping all payment receipts and documentation safe
  • Contacting the store immediately in case of any discrepancies
  • Reviewing all details carefully before making payments

8. Product Quality and Authenticity

Ghanshyam Gold guarantees:

  • All products are hallmarked and certified
  • Authenticity certificates are provided with purchases
  • Products meet the stated purity standards
  • Any quality concerns must be raised within 2 days of purchase

9. Dispute Resolution

  • We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably
